What is SEURSO?

The Southeastern University Radiation Safety Officers Society (SEURSO) is a group of Radiation Safety Professionals at Universities, Medical Facilities and Research Institutions. SEURSO has an annual meeting every April. It is a round-table discussion format with one or two technical presentations during the meeting.

There are no membership dues and all Radiation Safety Professionals are welcome to attend.

SEURSO has been around for decades. New Radiation Safety Officers as well as seasoned veterans have benefited from the discussions on Applied Health Physics over the years.

The Southeastern University Radiation Safety Officers Society invites Radiation Safety Officers and Health Physics Professionals from Universities, Hospitals and Research Facilities to participate in the Annual Round-Table. The format is moderated round table discussions. We try to cover all of the Health Physics topics that can come up at a Research or Human Use facility.
