What is SEURSO?

The Southeastern University Radiation Safety Officers Society (SEURSO) is a group of Radiation Safety Professionals at Universities, Medical Facilities and Research Institutions. SEURSO has an annual meeting every spring (usually March or April). It is a round-table discussion format with one or two technical presentations during the meeting. Radiation Safety Officers and Health Physics Professionals from Universities, Hospitals and Research Facilities are invited to participate in the annual meetings.

There are no membership dues and all Radiation Safety Professionals are welcome to attend.

SEURSO has been around for decades. New Radiation Safety Officers as well as seasoned veterans have benefited from the discussions on Applied Health Physics over the years.
